My latest video project, "clown school," was created for the second installment of "I'm Bored, What's Next?" - an international virtual showcase.
In this work, I sought to explore themes of simplicity, "just for fun," dancing for dancing's sake.
Throughout the pandemic, I pressured myself to create meaningful, deep, thought-provoking work, and "clown school" was the product of remembering that dance can be a positive release alongside its important role in social and political commentary/change.
