In the summer of 2018, I got my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification, certified through Yoga Alliance. Throughout my practice, I've focused on facilitating classes for small groups at a time, focusing in on a specific goal we all have (for example - relieving back pain, improving mobility, increasing energy). My favorite class to teach is a specialized Yoga for Flexibility class, which I personally tailor to dancers, re-teaching some alignment so that they can strengthen areas that they might be hyperflexible in (as we all know, what good is extreme flexibility if you don't have the strength or control to show it off safely).
