On top of a monthly virtual video call with artists, I've created a discord with the same name & purpose - to share ideas, to ask questions, to get feedback, and to just chat about art shit with people interested in art shit.
The discord server came to life after talking with some international artists who would never be able to attend a video call, as the time would always be so drastically different for them - this way, we can chat with no time constraints.
